Our practice is designed to be located in your home or business... otherwise you will find us located in a lovely studio called YOGA4 , in suite #I in Country Commons, (at the entrance to Trout Valley) Cary, Illinois. Instructor, Heidi Peters is certified through the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago and is registered through the Yoga Alliance. Heidi offers “Yoga Delivered!” for corporate and private classes, on site or at the studio. Her classes at Yoga-4 run Tuesdays 6:15-7:30 (all level) and Thursdays 10:30am- 11:30am - (morning flow).
